AMAZING!!! So professional and friendly and nothing too much trouble. Excellent communication. Sorted me a duplicate key for a Range Rover Sport which came with only one key. A replacement key from a main dealer would have been mega money. Tony sorted it a fraction of the cost and it works like an absolute dream. Destroyed my shoes that I paid a lot of money to fix. I asked them to give me a new sole and they did. But when I went to pick them up they both had many nails sticking out of the shoes - which I asked them to fix. When I came home and put them on, they destroyed my floor. They obviously have no skill or knowledge on how to fix shoes. My shoes very expensive and they destroyed them. Furthermore I asked them to fix the stains on my shoes, to which they said they would. But they didn’t and instead gave me some terrible advice fix them - so they didn’t even want to do the job I asked them to. Go to another cobbler and have your shoes fixed there. Save your money and have you shoes fixed properly instead of being destroyed. 0 stars.

Needed a watch battery changed whilst on holiday. Found it via my phone and walked around. He removed and fitted one as I waited. Quick service reasonable price.

Great service and good sound advice, they explained all options when my ignition key snapped whilst up there on hols. The lads did a great job and charged a pittance compared with the £280 quoted by the mobile boys.

They did an excellent stitch repair on a brogue-type shoe for me for a ridiculously small price. I'd previously had the same repair done at the competition (who will remain nameless but occupy a prime site in the town centre) for a higher price and it fell apart after about a fortnight.
