Purchased the birthday gift set for my wife. It arrived damaged and some wax melts opened. Emailed brighton soap and been completely ignored. Not good service

I ordered 2 of the gift sets from here. When only one arrived I contacted Naiomi and they responded promptly and sent the missing item the next day. The gift boxes were wrapped beautifully and the prompt rectification of the mix up was much appreciated

Delay in receiving package due to postal strikes but excellent customer service when I contacted the company to enquire about the delay. Immediate and helpful email response with tracking details. Parcel has now been received and is packaged beautifully which is perfect as it is a gift. Thank you very much to Naiomi for your wonderful customer service.

Purchased a pack of cherry apple Bath bombs for my daughters birthday. She absolutely loved them. Packaged and presented nicely so I didn't have to wrap them. I absolutely recommend this company and i will be buying from them again.

My mother has got me these for my birthday and I have only used one bath bomb so far and it has smelt good!! I absolutely love the smells and the quality. A fantastic gift, they are fantastic! Just what I need some more bath bombs.

I purchased a present from Brighton Soap in December, and when it arrived, one of the items was smashed (packaging was pretty poor to be honest, and I’m surprised more items didn’t break). I contacted Brighton Soap, who, after 4 weeks, finally responded saying they would send an immediate replacement. 5 emails, many phone calls (no-one picks up ever) and 5 months later, and I never received any replacement, nor any response to any further emails. Very disappointing and unprofessional, as they’re clearly just ignoring my emails and refusing to send a replacement.

I order two sets of bath bombs for Christmas presents, only one arrived. I emailed the seller and was told that a replacement would be sent that day. It never arrived either. So after yet another email asking for a refund, I have had no response. Will definitely not be using this seller again!

Thank you Brighton Soap! My partner just opened her pink fruits bath bomb gift set and she absolutely loved it! The packaging is very impressive so perfect for a special gift. Great service and delivery so will definitely be ordering again!
