There are always a long queue in this place and it's pretty annoying when you are in a rush, I needed to pick up a couple of forms and surely should be able to walk in and get them from a self service wall or something

The service is ok. The staff greets you with cold face most of the time. The place is not like the other Roya mail offices upto a wow standard but it is not bad. It is generally busy most of the time.

Waited for long time to see staff, when I did there was no apology. Absolutely disgusting inside very dirty and stinks of urine everywhere. I told the staff this he said 'thank you' and his colleagues all smiling. With all staff being Pakistani, this is the exact attitude I expected. What a shame.

Social distancing in place, may have to queue outside. Mornings are normally quiet but only a couple of staff available on the desk. If there are customers with queries and questions then waiting time can be longer as staff explain instructions.There are a maximum of 5 counter desks available at this branch but these are normally all open in the afternoon when it is really busy.I would suggest allowing extra time when attending and be prepared to queue as customers can get a little heated while waiting.
