Visited today to purchase a load of laminate flooring, lady at the counter was super helpful, arranged delivery for tomorrow, what more can you ask, oh and totalled about £80 cheaper than b&q so bonus

Ordered a kitchen February 2022 got told it would be fitted July but the fitter had other ideas told me November then December then can't fit you in until 2023 I asked why he could not fit and was told he had a lot of work coming in that he been tendering for . Absolute shambles ended fitting it myself for xmas 22 .But I must add the lady in wickes the kitchen coordinator was very good and solved any issues we had .

Great store, great prices. Cheaper than B&Q in most things. Has a good sale on paint which is amazing quality compared to most home brands. Always try wickes before anywhere else. Staff friendly and helpful too.

Awful experience. Never purchase a kitchen or bathroom from wickes. My design was messed up. I had to return the items myself by hiring a van and pay for items incorrectly added in the first place. All they can offer is a £250 good will gesture" and if I want to dispute to see a 3rd party. Do not use wickes"

Used the shop today .With 3 staff members at the till.Female that looked incharge was blunt and unhelpful.Younger Female that was on the till refused to collect an item.And said she was not allowed.Then the older Female sent a young chap that was quite pleasant.To help us. Over all wouldn't use again unless desperate.We then asked for a type of wood

Went through the >20min phone call questionnaire to book a designer. Designer didn't make the pre-arranged phone call to us and didn't turn up on the date booked for the home appointment. Didn't bother contacting us to tell us they couldn't make it. Emailed Wickes to enquire into what's happened, they haven't responded a week later.Doesn't bode well for a kitchen refurb if they can't even get the beginning right. We'll be going elsewhere.Update: a staff member at the store rang me after I posted this review to apologise for the unattended appointment. They explained that the designer that was booked to me no longer works for Wickes and was mistakenly appointed due to a glitch" in the software. Although I do appreciate the time taken to apologise it also shows that Wickes may have more problems that run deeper than it first appears"

The store is well planned out. A great selection of items on display. Kitchen and bathroom, fully assembled and easy to navigate. Helpful staff are ready to help.

Don't buy a kitchen, they will not fix installation faults when still under warranty. Go to IKEA, good warranty, and they don't argue just fix and replace.
