The chargers are apparently not even connected to the grid however it is still listed as a shell recharge on apple maps! The attitude of the staff was also horrendous when asking for assistance for the next nearest charger, we had scheduled this stop in and unfortunately it left us in a complete muddle when we only had 20 miles remaining to find a working charge point!

Had problems with 2 of the charging points. Luckily, the 3rd one we tried worked. There we 4 electric car owners all try to use the points. one left, we waited until one of the working ones was available. There's an hour of my life I won't get back.

None of the chargers work!!! Would’ve been helpful to put a message for customers to be aware. So frustrating!

RFID reader wasn’t working for me on the CCS side, although someone used it for Chademo prior to me and it worked fine. Had to download the Smoov app and that worked fine. Bit of a faff, but got there in the end.

We like stopping here to charge every time where travelling from Norwich, one of the four chargers has been unavailable for a number of months and the quality of options for food/drink could be improved in terms of choice and cleanliness

Charging ports NOT OPEN. The sign says that they are waiting on power. They don't know when they will be working

EV charging cordoned off and blocked from use. Asked the attendant when it will be and he said no idea". Had to drive to the A14 services where they have many excellent working chargers."
