Absolutely disgusted with the way our dog was treated in his final journey. No kindness or dignity. Carried to our car like a sack of rubbish. It has affected us badly. We are not only mourning our loss but grieving how badly he was dealt with. The vision of the way he was carried to the car will stay with me for a long time. Shocking!

Gave my son a lift here following an op on his puppy's shoulder to repair a fracture. An anxious wait but the op successful with excellent aftercare and advice from the staff.Appointments were on time and well organised

The wife and I found a runaway dog in our house. ( It literally walked in ). I called the vets and after a brief conversation they agreed to assist locate the owner and we could leave it with them as we are not doggy people.Upon arrival, the dog was scanned and some info was retrieved from a micro chip when I asked can I leave the dog, suddenly the answer was no, due to Parvo" ( who ever that is ). Luckily the wife knew someone who was able to take the dog in and she met us and took the dog. A short time later the owner of the dog turned up at the vet but was unable to trace us or what we had done with the dog as the vet people had not bothered taking any contact details from us. As you can imagine the dog owner was not pleased."

My little dog has been very poorly they weee very quick to run appropriate tests and scans to reach a diagnosis as quickly as possible. They have been excellent with advice in long term management. Very satisfied with service.

I took Buddy in this AM to have his nails done under general. He is super anxious and gets horrendously stressed if anyone goes near his nails, it was a last resort. Andy had a look(and I am still shocked writing this)but Buddy let him cut his nails on the table!!!! We were in and out in 10 mins. Andy didn’t charge me a single thing for this, which I am so grateful for as I felt like I’ve wasted a valuable appointment- his service is always amazing and now I know who has to do Buddy’s nails from now on. Thank you Andy and team!!! 5* 5* 5*

All about the money. Once that runs dry or your insurance policy maxes out they're not interested in your pet. Told me 6 times my pets injury just was covered by his insurance after i had asked specifically Turned out it wasn't so then demanded over £3000 under threat of legal action. Not there problem was the answer they gave me. I had heard the stories butt chose to ignore them. On your head be it. Beware.

Meet the lovely Vicky she took care of Dora 6 month old puppy with a pda. We can not thank you enough an your team for saving her little life. Dora is coming on fabulous every pet deserves a happy long life. So if you ever get told your puppy has a pda I highly recommend vicky at the grange veterinary hospital Dora is number 9 that vicky has done an we couldn't be any happier she has her. After an collision with a van I made a emergency visit to grange vets in mold who I wasn't registered with at the time. My words cannot describe how much they helped my boy. Being ready to take him in as soon as I pulled up outside. They were amazing at calming myself down and the level of care they showed not only for my dog but by keeping myself regularly informed of his condition and progress was outstanding. I can never thank them enough for what they have done at that horrible time. Thankfully 48hrs was all he needed in there and is now back home recovering well with his big brother again. Thankyou to absolutely everyone involved in that veterinary practice.

Dougie was very poorly and needed surgery. With professional and loving care by Grange vets he has made a full recovery and is back home with his family. The communication while this was going on was fabulous and we had regular updates on Dougie's progress. We were isolating due to Covid-19 so Nicky got us on to a video call so we could see our little boy, which was really thoughtful. I would like to thank Nicky and everyone involved in his recovery.Thank you ❤
