Hollie and the Seat team were fantastic. It took me while to acclimatise to the car but they were very patient and gave me extra time to familiarise myself with it and become comfortable. Hello... I lost two wheel nut covers on my Cupra Born. I telephoned you and spoke to one of your colleagues regarding replacement covers. He was extremely helpful and polite.I drove over to your dealership and was greeted on entry and made to feel very welcome- Sorry I didn't get your name.Another colleague came to help me and came to my car to see if it was the wheel locking nut cover missing or a standard nut cover, I had no idea. He came to the car to see what I needed. He sorted me out and even got a couple of spare wheel nut covers! Jordan- you were a star and need to be credited for your helpfulness, excellent customer service and nothing was a problem. First impressions were excellent and I will definitely look to get my car serviced and maintained by you or even traded in for a future car sale.Spot on Jordon- if your dealership management team read this you definitely deserve something!5 star!
