Amazing bunch of very professional lads to have transform my garden/home!I can't speak highly enough about Chris, Mark, Nick and Neil. It all started with Chris coming around to our house over the course of several evening as we took his initial designs and tweaked them to fit in with a mix of Chris's vision and our budget. Chris was always understanding and accommodating and never once pressured us. He was also very accommodating when I told him about my love for lighting in the garden. He was more than happy to work with an electrician that I'd work with for many years, Shaun Tucker of SFT Electrical Services.When the day came to start the transformation, Chris and the team turned up on the day they said they would at the time they said they would! A trait that was consistent throughout the 3 weeks on site! It was obvious from the off that the entire team were perfectionists down to the smallest details. As the build went on Chris and I had regular meetings in which the design evolved as the garden was taking shape. We meet Chris on location to pick our new Autumn Blaze" tree and Chris set up a visit to a main importer of Olive trees so we could hand pick this as well! Chris even went along with my ideas for some of the lighting and water features and was happy to incorporate them into his design. Shaun came in and worked alongside Greenbird fantastically to install all of the necessary cabling and subsequent equipment.The end result is nothing short of fantastic!! We have already had family over to visit and even though it had rained over night

Had engaged greenbird to do some work on a new house purchase. Death in family and covid meant the work didn't proceed. Re engaged a few weeks ago only to receive a passive aggressive email from the office manager laying out a timeline of our previous comms and essentially that my lack of responsiveness meant they wouldn't work with customers like me. What a waste of time and money and no care to understand why I was inactive. Also didn't bother to chase at all. Interesting therefore to read reviews asserting the same against greenbird. Hypocrisy at its zenith. Office manager has fewer customer service skills than a Ryan air baggage checker. Would never recommend.

Thanks to Chris, Nick, Mark & Matt who worked so hard creating our modern oasis of calm with some amazing tree ferns & bright colours. Great communication all the way through the project from taking the initial brief, creative design, garden clearance through to the final build & finished transformed garden. We can't recommend the team enough. Thanks guys we love it & can't wait for the spring to enjoy it!

I’ve worked alongside GreenBird on a few projects over the past year (I’m one of their suppliers) so have seen projects at various stages. All are done impeccably, with flair, and have left each customer with a beautifully designed yet highly usable outside space.The team are all exceptionally friendly and knowledgable too, and I’d have no hesitation in recommending them for any high end landscaping work.

Great experience from design to full build with planting. The team were very professional and worked through what were challenging weather conditions given it was June. Good communication throughout. The design process was enjoyable as Greenbird took my ideas and thoughts about how I wanted to use the space to come up with a great design. Materials used were a good balance of high quality and meeting budget requirements - in my case spending more on stand out features and paving.The only challenge was length of time to get design appointment and then time to schedule in the work post design - but this was because they’re busy. To be fair I was happy to wait and very pleased I did given the end result. Big thank you to Greenbird Gardening and their team.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. We have a terraced garden which was a concrete jungle. Moreover the access to our garden is just dreadful, no chance of getting anything resembling a digger in there, so we knew that redesigning the garden would be a challenge. We contacted Greenbird following a recommendation and they didn’t disappoint. Chris, Mark and Nick spent over two hours with us getting to know us, our wants and wishes for the garden before going away and designing something which fitted us just perfectly. They captured everything we could have wished for. They were open to changes and we went back and forth on the design to get it to fit perfectly with us as a client and our budget. Work started in January, a month earlier than planned! Result! As we progressed the communication was excellent. I always knew when they would or would not be on site. At our choice we made changes, added some things on, the Greenbird team didn’t bat an eyelid. We had a quote for the work within hours and it was absorbed into the build seamlessly. The build progressed at speed, even though everything was done by hand - 4 skip loads carried out of the garden via some steep steps, and all materials carried in via the same route! I know I couldn’t have done it!! The result? Magical! Santorini has arrived in Bath! It is better than I ever could have imagined. They have left us to plant it (at my request) but have given us a full list of what we need, so I look forward to doing that in the next few weeks! Chris, Mark, Nick and the team, we cannot thank you enough. What you have built is simply beautiful. We adore it and can not wait to use it for many years to come.

Greenbird have just completed work on our garden and we are thrilled with the result. We opted for their design service which was invaluable; they listened to what we wanted to use the space for and the problems we had with it at the time, and came up with a fantastic design that has provided us with a garden that is usable all year round.Their workmanship and the products they have used are of the highest standard. The team were a pleasure to have around during the project, always available to discuss progress and offer suggestions of alternative products and solutions along the way which they felt were an improvement on the design.Massive thanks to Chris, Nick, Mark and Matt, plus Stuart of SEHC Electrical Services for making this a thoroughly enjoyable experience from beginning to end. A fantastic service all around - from the planning to the execution (in the difficult Covid restrictions) - the team were friendly, efficient and professional. They have transformed an overcrowded, small back garden with raised beds, lawn and beautiful curved paving. They moved shrubs and trees and always consulted me to ensure that my vision of the garden was achieved.

GreenBird have just completed our garden and the team have done a fantastic job we are extremely pleased with the end results. Very professional from start to finish and well managed, nothing to much trouble and always happy to answer questions. I would highly recommend them.
