Located near ferries port in Portsmouth. The shop is in good road, but frequented from drugs users and not really good people. The man that works inside is not really polite and doesn’t have good customer service. Place seems like not too much clean and tidy. The only one thing positive is that they open early morning about 6.30.

Went in here this morning to redeem some vouchers for gas and electric the man behind the counter was extremely rude, I first went in to the post office who told me go to Gemini news to do as they can , he started flapping his hand around at me and told me he didn’t have time . Rude little man would never go in here again

Great little shop and dog friendly too. I often pop in here on my walk with my dog for little things I need. Only downside is not everything has a price label, such as the sweets and chocolates. They only take cash for gas and electric cards too. Other than that they are very friendly and welcoming!

Great shop and most helpful person behind the counter. We came in needing a last minute Randox covid test and we’re about to miss our ferry - the owner went out of his way to help us get the test, helped me filled out the online form (several times in a row as the randox website failed twice) - he is basically the reason I was able to attend my brothers wedding. THANK YOU, best service ever, everyone should go there!
