The only highlight we had upon coming to this place was just the helpful waitress. She was very welcoming and helpful. We didnt expect much but it was just awful, waiting time was ok, place is small but cozy but the moment the food arrived, disappointment. They give you a bag of seafood of your choice thats been boiled beforehand, they add the choice of the sauce, then gets sealed in an oversized plastic bag and microwaved. The food was bland, clams and mussels fairly small, prawns abit undercooked for our taste, and the worst one was the crab, the moment i opened it, its just cold, the shells slimy and dirty.Sauce was something else and does not go with the food. Will not come here again, im sorry for the bad review.

Good simple concept that works for their set. The food is also pretty good. However, I don't like to eat from plastic. The venu is small, and I can see it will have a high turnover. The decorations are minimal, and this works well as it's a small venu. The service was just about average. However, the overall experience was good due to the company.

When you want healthy, simple, tasty and very very messy Sea Food. This is the plaice to go!Crammed in small space with little room to move sits this sea food heaven . Serving dinner a bag and paper plates, drink in cardboard cups and wood spoons. Yes it sound primitive but so is the best kind of food. And that is exactly what you get here. Freshly cooked, flavoured and spiced to your taste. A very unique dinning experience. My only complaint is that while the sauces are very tasty, they seem to be add to the dishes after they are cooked, so lacking the full flavour. Would love to taste the prawn when cooked in thier own delicious home made sauce.

We ordered 1lb of prawns, snow crab, calamari, cajun fries, sweetcorn, sweet potato and 4 beers (approx 4.45 each) for £108.451) The snow crab has long legs and a very small body for £39.95. It was overpriced for the meat that came out of it. It was supposed to be 'our meatiest crab! Large sized' 2 thick legs had half the meat in there, and one claw was missing. When I asked where my claw was, she advised that the crabs were given by weight-Your claw went to someone else. This was not specified in the menu. I left feeling ripped off.2) You eat out of the boil bag, no plates are available, it's very messy with the sauce, if that bag is pierced with a crab claw, that sauce will bleed right across the table. Avoid wearing your best clothes3)The tables are tightly packed, some tables were missing cutlery/crab stick, and we were given scissors to cut the crab not a crab claw clamp.4)The extra hot shabang sauce was very tasty but not hot, the prawns were the best value for money. Sweet corn and sweet potato were ok. My partner enjoyed his prawns and sauce, he had no complaints.5) Several diners complimented the food, one complained it was too expensive. Another complained over not enough forks, another complained that not enough notice was given that her table was pushed back by 30mins as the other table was still eating. They would benefit from introducing a turnaround time on tables. Staff need retraining on how to deal with irate customers and to ensure tables are adequately equipped.

Came here with a friend. We ordered seafood boils. The flavour is quite good, a little bit salty but still enjoyable. The menu is decent, they could add more options to the add ons such as eggs and sausages. I would recommend here and come back. They could work on their customer service a bit better.

We could not fault this at all. Amazing fresh seafood prepared just as we liked it. They even helped us out with an elf on the shelf trick!

It was nice. Flavours of the squid were good, and I needed a dip, though it didn't come with. We got the boil, which was nice. I had to really mix it up to get the flavour on everything, and they are tight with the potatoes...... I like that you make your own. I just felt like it was a bit just thrown together and not really seasoned. It's worth a visit
