Great service - special thanks to Gary, who came out to survey my site in advance, then on delivery day, expertly reversed into a pretty tight area and delivered 20 bulk bags of MOT directly into the spot I needed - saved me days of shifting it manually with a shovel. Very pleased!

I have just got off the phone with an apologetic employee who is now (hopefully) processing my refund. I placed an order online for timber it turns out they have not got and dont know when they will have. 0.0 When i placed the order and paid for it it was clearly stated as in stock. When i go online this very minute the website says it is available. My issue is not with the availability of the timber, all of the other merchants are having the same problem and i cant get what i want from anyone. Buildbase took my order and my money knowing they could not deliver, if i had known i would not have placed the order and continued to source from another merchant. The other merchants were honest and declined my order as they did not have the stock. Now i have to wait another week for my refund to process.

Really bad service. Waited for a call back from Riley. In the end we went and collected materials from Spalding ourselves. Job all finished in couple of days. Still no call back from Boston.

Ordered and payed 8 days in advance so I could have a delivery day of my choice.. and when I ring them up to find out where my order is as its not been delivered they carnt find my order... they said we will ring you back and never bothered so now gonna be a day late ... wots the point ....no money back offer from them only a sorry...so if I didn't ring where would I have been.....
