Nairn Pet Crematorium
What a fantastic service, we experienced with them, many miles from home, our big ridge back passed away, whilst on holiday, they returned a call after they said it could be a 72 hour turnaround, they understood that we need to leave for home and so very kindly presented us with such a beautiful casket within a day and a half. Such a pleasant lady is Jackie and so professional. From the Hendry family we thank you so much for helping as at such a heart breaking time. Rip Marley

Nairn Pet Crematorium
Can't thank Jackie at the Nairn Pet Crematorium enough. She was so kind and helpful when we lost our girl last week, and went above and beyond to help us during such a heartbreaking time. Everything is done by appointment, so it's very private, and you get plenty of time to say goodbye to your pet in private. We felt confident leaving our girl in Jackie's hands, and she was returned, beautifully presented to us, much much quicker than expected. Very professional, caring people, thank you so much.

Nairn Pet Crematorium
After losing our Weimaraner, Roxy, this crematorium looked after our girl with dignity and respect. She was only away from us for one night and it helped to ease the pain getting her home where she belonged. Don't be put off by first impressions of the building, it's the treatment inside which matters. We would highly recommend using this crematorium.

Just a quick note to say thank you for handling the cremation of our little Henry on October. He sadly passed away whilst we were staying at a holiday cottage in Inverness. Nairn Pet Crematorium was recommended by the emergency vet I spoke to at the time. You were so respectful and compassionate of our situation for which I cannot thank you enough.

We took our wee hamster to be cremated. Jackie was absolutely lovely and let us say our final goodbyes with him. The care and compassion shown to us during such a difficult time was really appreciated. The little urn, card and rainbow bridge poem are beautiful.We cannot thank you enough

Hand over and collection by appointment so it’s a private occasion. Our dog was taken in Monday afternoon and ready to be collected on Wednesday. Very nicely presented ashes.

Cannot praise Jackie enough for the service she provided.We knew in advance when Bruce was going to make his final journey, and had called a few days prior. She was so sympathetic and professional, which made a very difficult time much easier.Within 24 hours, we had him back home with us in a beautiful casket, with card and poem.Just beautiful from beginning to end. Thank you.

Jackie was caring and compassionate through all communication with her.We lost our baby on a Sunday and Jackie was able to take her on Monday. Kali was back home to us by that Wednesday.
