I have recently sold a very prestigious watch through ‘Watch Buyers’ and I can highly recommend them to anyone wishing to sell their watch. The whole transaction went through like clockwork and Adam was very professional and very helpful through the sale process.

Watch buyers were fantastic to deal with. Really easy process, quick inspection and payment. Was a bit concerned about selling a watch, without ever popping into a store but it was very easy and would have no issues using them again.

A very prompt, efficient and fair valuation of my watch. From acceptance of their offer and the subsequent email correspondence. The money was in my account very quickly. All in all, very happy with Watchbuyers and their service.

They sent me an offer via email which was decent after I filled in their online form. I wrote that the watch had the original box and instruction manual. I spoke to them several times over the phone and they were aware that I was taking a 6 hour round trip to bring the watch in. I booked an appointment and took the day off work. He then told me that they wasn’t interested in buying the watch. The watch is exactly how it appeared in photos and I brought everything that they knew the watch came with. No apology for wasting my entire day, not to mention £80 on petrol. Do not waste your time. Luckily I was offered a good price by H&T just around the corner who seem to get a lot of unhappy customers from watchbuyers. which luckily saved the day thank god. Extremely bad service if you can call it that. Operating from back of a dingy pawn shop selling £10 kids toys in the front. Not to be trusted

Second dealings and will 100% use again. Watchbuyers have that family,friendly feel and I can’t fault them.It’s tough to know who to trust and use where watches are concerned, but I know I’d trust and use again Watchbuyers , thank you.

Bought a Rolex Datejust 36 from them back in April. Dealt with Danny and Adam who were helpful and knowledgeable. No pressure to buy, but I did in the end anyways! Very happy with the watch and the service provided.
