The package I collected was damaged to the point I've had to return it for a full refund because of the potential internal damage of the contents. And! It wasn't just 'damaged' it was battered and crushed wide open to the point I just reached in and pulled out the contents.I didn't even get an apology for the damage from UKMail. And the attitude of the staff was 'ah well' and wasn't really bothered.This is the first and last time I will ever use UK mail. And if a company I order from uses them, I'll find another seller.I review services all the time, nearly all good! But these?? Never again! Use UKMail at your own risk!

DHL parcel still have got my parcel since the 10th of September 2021. They missed me once at home, and never attempted to do a second attempt. I tried to contact them unfortunately you only deal with answering machine which tells you options of what to do. If it was my choice to use DHL, I would have not used them because they have a bad customer service and bad reputation. I am still struggling to get my parcel, and I have no-one to help and support. They also have their useless app which is never monitored. I am physically sickened by DHL.

The Worst, penurious, beggarly, pauperized, craptastic, destitute, atrocious, abysmal, crummy, wretched Service and they deserve (-1 to - infinity) because if i give them even 0 that is also considered positive for them. And also i would like to tell google to keep their rating system in minus either so we can give this So-called company.

One reception desk with 1 person serving customers. Desk is protected by a clear plastic shield, and there is hand sanitizer available. Prepared for covid-19. You can park on site, but you have to enter through the same gate as the employees and HGV drivers. Make a sharp left and park near the windows of the reception once there you'll see small yellow signs indicating visitors parking. Could be signalled better.

The best place in the world I have ever worked. They are kind they are helpful they are very very nice people. I can't wait to return to work with them.

Long waiting times if you want to collect in person. Been there 3 times now and always the same problem. Would be easier if they could get parcels ready for collection rather than go and look for them in the warehouse when customer arrives. 30min is a bit long. Don't want to know what happens there before Christmas...

Honest review ,not doing work properly , no collection capabilities , always problem to customers , no seriousness for this work and responsibilites are lacking particular this depot... called 100 times but for 5 days its same status. if -5 was rating it would have got -5 rating... This particular depot ruins DHL name it should be not in service for this area if not able to work.

Absolutely rubbish delivery service. The depot is 10 minutes from my home and they can't find me.. so arranged for the parcel to be delivered to a parcel point also 5 minutes from my home and guess what? Yep! They couldn't find that either.. the dhl app is useless as it gives random information like we have your parcel then says out for delivery followed by parcel at depot. Then again an hour later we have your parcel.. right up to 6.30 in the evening when it said we left a calling card,,,, at a shop.. ??? i spoke to the shop owner and he laughed and confirmed dhl are the worst as he had a parcel which was paid for as next day delivery and its been sitting in his shop for 5 days.. pathetic.. final update... After waiting for 3 days the last two days the tracker showed the parcel sitting at the depot, i decided to take the 5 minute drive and collect the parcel myself.. 5 minute drive there, 15 minute wait and 5 minute drive home, whats that 25 minutes... When your only job is to deliver a parcel and you fail miserably at that job, it's time to give up..

Easy to get to and get in there was a man who served us who was nice i gave wrong details by accident moved home recently and he went in the back and there was a lady there couldnt see her but she was just such a cow she was so rude to the man and had real bad attitude problem i feel sorry for him working with her. so disrespectful someone should be speaking to her.
