We have been so very impressed with John and his team. They have transformed our garden with the most beautiful patio and steps. They work extremely hard, are reliable, professional, courteous and friendly. John and his team installed a new tarmac driveway, creating an extra parking space and freeing up more space for our kid to play. The job was done very quickly despite its size and the team were brilliant at keeping the impact on us minimal. The site was left spotless with all materials cleared away at the end of each day and the final result looks fantastic. Would wholeheartedly recommend this firm.

I have used John & his team for a couple of jobs now. One to create a concrete slab to sit my new summerhouse on - we were so impressed by the speed, quality and price we immediately booked him back in to do the front of the house - block paving a tricky sloping area in front of the house and a tarmac drive. Efficient, tidy, responsive, on-time and professional - his team were a pleasure to have working on our house and would definitely recommend. The quality of the finish was also outstanding :) Thanks John.

John and his team turned a crumbling old hard standing into a lovely new patio for us. The cost was reasonable compared to other quotes, and it was really clear John knew what he was talking about when he visited. All in all they were reliable, communicated well, turned up when expected, worked hard and did a lovely job. They even left the garden tidy. We will definitely use again when we have saved up to get our driveway done., and recommend to others. Thank you!

Replaced a gravel driveway with block paving. John, his son and his team were excellent. Very professional. Started when they said they would and finished on time.My electric gate had been damaged previously so they came back to re lay the paving once i had got the gate repaired.I am very happy to recommend york paving and driveways.

Fabulous from start to finish. John and his team transformed my garden with Indian sandstone tiles and brand new steps. The job was done to a very high standard, finished quickly and the communication was excellent. Could not recommend John highly enough - just brilliant!

John and his team have just completed a patio in our side garden. I would highly recommend John and his team, they turned up exactly when they said they would and worked tirelessly from arrival to the end of the day. I don’t think they even had a lunch break! The quality of their work was first class. We changed our minds on their last day and wanted to increase the size of the patio area. There was no fuss and they happily accepted our revised design and ensured the end result matched our new design. First class in every way, I would have them back for any further work without hesitation.
