I have only been working with this agency for two months. So far I really like what am seeing. The client is a very difficult one, within 6 months he changed about 3 agencies, but Rosemont Care have been able to link him with staff of his choice. Client seems happy and settled now. Rosemont pay in time, they respond to communication, very proactive, they sound respectful to staff, calm approach, so far I will they are the second agency I have worked for in over 20 years. I pray they don’t change
