The Secret Garden Florist

I was on my way to pick up some chocolates for the team at my chemists. I know I cause them lots of stress! But I passed the secret garden and was helped to buy some lavender instead. The price was great and I got a hug from the boss at the chemist!!! I had to write a review because I was having a bad day, but I am smiling now. And to think, they were closing up when I came, but iI still got taken care of.

Thankyou for the lovely spray of flowers for my mums funeral they were exactly what I asked for .

In all the years I've been using florists in the UK........ I've found Secret Garden Florists to offer some of the most beautiful and stunningly well presented arrangements I've seen. Prices are so good and Naomi and her team have always been a very warm but also professional small business! I've recommended them and always will! Brilliant Work Gals!

The flowers were delivered exactly when they said they would be and were absolutely beautiful. If you let them know the price you want to pay and an idea of what you'd like they'll do the rest. Don't bother ordering from one of the big boys. Keep it local and give Secret Garden your business.

Ordered the large head chrysanthemum blooms from this shop a week ago. Eight stems I was told would make a good display.I described the large head of the flower and that I thought they were known as Blooms. When the flowers were collected on Saturday they were not what I expected.Apart from the fact there were only six flowers, they were completely not the flowers I had described. Very disappointed. Phoned the shop but was told I should have described them as Pom Poms. I have looked online and the flowers are named as Blooms.The very large head chrysanthemums are usually out at this time of year. I would have thought any good florist would have known exactly what they are. To be fair having phoned the shop they did offer to order the right flowers in ( which I thought they would do when I placed the original order) but tbh I can do without the hassle.

Ordered my mums mother’s day flowers and so did my brother they are absolutely beautiful the bouquets are fresh flowers and beautifully arranged gorgeous balloon and cards very pleased thoroughly recommend

Decided to go direct to local supplier than one of the big brands as I felt it is important to support local business especially these days. Not disappointed as you can see a lovely arrangement. Also the lady I spoke to was very lovely!

Ordered a lovely bouquet from here which was delivered for no extra cost. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely selection of plants in the shop too.
