Excellent venue and reasonably priced tickets as with all Vue cinemas. This has the added bonus of being right in the middle of Westfield shopping centre so you can combine watching a movie with your shopping, eating, browsing, etc etc.

Typical large multiscreen cinema. Screen, seats, toilets etc all good. What let it down was no staff behind both drink and snack stands and 2 staff members at the ticket check just chatting and ignoring me. Good thing I had some drink with me!Basically good, but staff need to be more on the ball.

The seats were great. It was easy to use the self automated machine to buy tickets and same as other Vue, there were plenty of snacks to choose from.However, the tickets were crazily expensive. A matinee showing for two regular seats were almost £30!They added tax/service charge on top of the £13.99 ticket (from an automated machine).It didn’t happen when I saw a movie at another Vue location recently.I would avoid this vue in the future.(The movie was excellent though!)

A fantastic vue!! The vue is in westfield on the third floor. We watched the creator in a very small area but very comfortable and the sound quality was lovely. Would definitely go again

Watched The Little Mermaid at Vue Westfield London. We came here on a Saturday afternoon, so it's probably peak business hours for Vue. The cinema area is generally welcoming. The toilet facilities are clean. Seating inside the cinema screen is comfortable, with tiered seating so everyone gets a clear view. The only comment I'd make is that the queues for snacks felt longer than usual, without much of a sense of urgency. Other than that, Vue Westfield is fine to watch your films.
