Not great. 0 acknowledgment from staff whilst waiting at the door to enter. The dark haired girl I dealt with once in the store was helpful & knowledgeable however her colleagues not so much..

Sadly I had to return my 2 stone nomination charms as the stones were loose in the settings. Part of my 60th Birthday present from my sister. I was told my receipt was 2 days out of date, it's a 14 day return policy! I am returning them as they are faulty
