Konak Meze Turkish Restaurant
Friendly staff, nice place, but the food is a shame for a Turkish restaurant. I am a Turkish food eater, but I have never been so disappointed. The food actually has no taste. The owner, or the chef, must visit Turkish restaurants to see what the portion sizes are and the taste of Turkish food. I do not recommend, you pay a lot of money for nothing. There were 8 of us for dinner and everyone was disappointed.Shame.

Love it, a feel at home atmosphere. Nice friendly staff. I was going to Greek tomorrow but think I'll come back here instead :DMixed meal of meats quite delightful!

Had a lovely meal here last night. Made welcome, great service and most of all food superb. Flavorsome, fresh and well presented.Asked for wine recommendation and didn't try to upsell us. We had the house red and delicious, will try more Turkish wine! Appreciated the relaxed atmosphere and service both from experienced staff and new younger staff. Already recommended to family and we will revisit when next in Harrogate.Thanks.

Konak Meze Turkish Restaurant
Amazing little gem! Good for a nice lunch, romantic evening, or a family dinner. We found this place about a year ago when we visited England (Harrogate) and loved it SO much that we decided to make it part of our annual trip. Food was amazing! Service is lovely, I recognized most of the faces- good retention makes me feel like the employees are valued and treated well.

Stumbled upon konak meze on the way back to our hotel and decided to book for the following evening.I have to say....Best decision ever. The staff are lovely, friendly and polite. The food is AMAZING!!Please stop by as you will not be disappointed.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Can't recommend enough. Lovely ambience, friendly lovely staff, and the food was incredible. Can't believe the price for the value, will definitely be going back. Felt very safe too with covid regulations, and they cater to dietary requirements like gluten free. Thought I'd posted a review, went a few weeks ago for my dad's birthday! Basically, please go! Every part of the meal was delicious.

Came here for mine and my boyfriends 1 year anniversary meal, and I really enjoyed it!My sucuk starter was divine and hot, my main was nice, and I was able to swap my potatoes for rice with no issues, but there wasn't as much meat as I was anticipating, especially for £22.50.My partner enjoyed his starter, but there were two very fatty bits which he couldn't swallow and left on the plate. He didn't enjoy his main as much as I did mine, but that was just his decision, not necessarily wrong with his food.We were both very, very let down by the dessert. Whenever we go out to eat at a Mediterranean/Turkish/Greek restaurant, we always share a baklava for dessert, which is served as a hearty slice, however, in Konak, we received 3 small cubes of baklava. Not impressed at all considering it never said that on the menu, and it was £7.50 I think. Massive let down in my opinion.My partner said he won't be coming back for a while, and if we do return, we definitely won't be sharing a dessert.The blonde waitress was really lovely, and the other staff were nice too, and one of the waiters had good knowledge on the special" of the day. The food here is fresh and delicious. Lots to choose from. Service is excellent and the staff are really helpful. Great value for money. Book in advance though because it gets very busy..... no wonder!
