So much better than the previous vet we used, ive transferred 2 of 3 cats and will be switching the 3rd over soon. Value for money and such helpful staff. not trying to milk us for as much money as possible with fear tactics unlike our previous vet.Would highly recommend to anyone needing decent pet care at a good price

The best vets. I took my cat with an injury, who ended up having to have surgery. The vet Chris was really invested in giving my cat the bets possible care, and helped us arrange things with my insurance. After the surgery, Chris would call to check up on how my cat was recovering too. They treat the animals like their own, and I wouldn't take mine anywhere else

I went to neuter my kitten and I was given an estimated price of £65. She had a health check the week before to make sure it's all good and no concerns were raised by the vet. They then called me mid-operation, once they cut her, to tell me she is too fat and they couldn't do what they had to do, am I willing to pay another £50? (don't know how they missed to see this the week before). Obviously I agreed, so they cut her again, causing her extra stress during her recovery with the two wounds. I was then told I need to pay a sum of £190, which I didn't really understand, and I asked for clarification. The nurse tried to explain it and I still didn't get it, then I went to the counter and were charged £146. I paid before it would go up again, but I still don't really understand how £65 + £50 added up to £146.Other than that, it's a normal veterinary, offers what it has to offer, bit out of the way for most people, bit overpriced, and very noisy for a cat because there is a shop downstairs and there are a bunch of dogs around. I've changed vets since and I'm very happy with the decision.

Staff are friendly, incredibly helpful and considerate/understanding.I had issues with cat's protection for the past 2-3 weeks, the staff here fixed it within a couple hours.Thank you, Rushden Vets4Pets xx

Vets 4 pets have been fantastic in the several years I have used them. They have been incredibly helpful and provided the much needed advice and care where needed.After recently loosing my wonderful cat they did their best to keep me in one piece, support me and did what they could to help in the emergency I had. In the current situation we have, they did their job perfectlyThey love animals and will do what they can to make sure your loved ones are in perfect health. Don't be afraid to ask as the staff are always happy to help or find out the information you need.They understand the partnership between owner and pet and that is beautiful. Couldn't recommend the team enough. Thank you for taking care of us. ❤️❤️

Always called and booked times for appointments, always waiting 20-30+ minutes for them anyway. Quoted for every possible circumstance, even though told when booking that it was unlikely that everything would be required, but obviously it was. Even though no proof or explanation for extra charges, one of which was a £70 surcharge for if the cat was pregnant or in heat during the procedure - which I stated when dropping off was impossible, due to the fact she had never met another cat and was in heat 1 week prior. £240+ to spay a cat is relatively excessive, but especially when we were made to book a health check for £70+ beforehand for the pleasure of booking this appointment, actually almost £320 to have a cat spayed. At this point, although I believed it was expensive I was still happy to proceed considering I was made to feel that there would be no chance it would cost the full £240, and also didn’t know we had paid £70 for the health check. At the health check, partner was convinced to take out a care policy by being given false information, then when questioned afterwards we were told that we were mistaken and were not given that information. A care policy that even says in the information, “includes free health checks”, but we still had to pay for the first one? Overheard someone else complaining and actually cancelling their appointment for the same thing because it had been quoted differently prior to the appointment, and they were actually coming back to collect their cat - 1 of 3 cats they were planning to bring, but told the price was different for the first one so refused. I am always happy to pay more for a premium service, but having rang around several other vets in the area, and doing a quick google search, it’s clear these prices are just blatant robbery. Overall, you don’t expect to be lied to by any profession, but least of all someone caring for animals - one of my worst experiences with a vet, having owned several dogs & cats. Would not recommend & would like contact details to complain directly.

Absolutely shocking . Member of staff was so rude when we were looking at dog beds . . We found one we liked on a top shelf .. but then discovered others . So placed the first bed on a lower empty shelf .. rather than struggle to return it to above head height .. and then retrieve it for a second time if it was the correct size . She stomped over and demanded ...after kissing her teeth DO YOU WANT IT !"... NOT ... "Do you need any help!! No wonder they are never busy"

Easily found upstairs in pets at home.Stairs and lift to get upstairs.There's a groom room up there for doggos to get a pamper.Ringing to get an appointment isn't easy, often they don't answer the phone.Service was good, although every time I visit I'm never seen on time, this visit I was seen 37 minutes after my appointment time.Do also check the pricing and ask for an invoice, they tried to charge me for treatment I'd never had.Luckily I'd asked the price before visiting so I knew it was wrong.It could be a really good establishment, they just need to be better at customer service and attention to detail.

Staff were friendly and very patient with my doggies constant barking whilst waiting in reception, the vet was quick and explanation of the worm treatments provided as well as there careplan was clear. Its good value for money.
