My wife and I went to foxy chicken this afternoon. The customer service was awful especially by the “little girl” who was operating the till. She was abrupt and not kind to customers at all. My wife asked discreetly another lady if she can use a toilet as she is 7 months pregnant. The girl shouted “no”!!!!!! She could at least said it politely but no…. It looks like they both struggled with orders from customers. There was no smile.Food: honestly we have experience with dixy chicken and this was worst so far. The chips were ok however they served not even full bag of them - favourite chicken or any other dixy chicken shops gives you full box of chips!!!!! Instead of 12 I got 10 burnt wings!!!!I do not expect to be Michelin star serving/ service but this one in Crawley is far the worst one…I presume the girl from the till is a family member who simply do not care about any customers…I am sorry for giving only 1 star. I feel very disappointed. Lastly, any other chicken shops I’ve been in gives you unlimited sauces for free, yet again dixy chicken in Crawley charges £0.50 for a tiny pot of sauce, I found this disgraceful…. They give however, mayo and ketchup

11 Feb 2023- I ordered two chicken meals for my partner and myself and some wings. Arrived home and discovered wings had not been included despite being charged for them. I phoned the shop only to be told we are too busy and can’t get you the wings. I asked that they deliver them to me by Deliveroo or a taxi. They still were not interested. This is the second time this place has done this in last 6 months. Good chicken but A1 bloody useless staff.

Standard fried chicken shop.The best thing is the chips (I could eat these all day).The small £2 boxes advertised on the main door are good if you just want some snacks, e.g, wings and chips, or chicken pieces and chips.Meal 16: zinger burger, chips, wings, chicken piece, and drink is a bargain for around £6.50.I have had the larger burger (double chicken breast fillet) elsewhere. Theirs is average.Chicken strips are nice and chunky.

Food arrived very cold, chips was hard, and over cooked with no warmth to themBurgers was also cold with no warmth to them at all!Phoned to complain and waited an hour to be re delivered (fresh hot food) on arrival of the 2nd meal was told by driver to get the 1st meal out of a dirty bin to give back to the driver and driver then fingered our new meals after I told him it was still cold! Refused to give refund, and was told by dixy chicken over the phone that NO refund will be given and that the 2nd fingered meal we have to eat as they will NOT deliver 3rd time round!2 hours wasted, money wasted on a freezing cold meal. My friends and I will not be using again even being told that we are very highly valued customers.

The girl behind the till needs to learn some manners, it is not okay and certainly she should not be doing customer service. I am a regular customer and after today I will no longer be visiting this store. 10 minutes" is all I got from her mouth and it was at push but was too quick to grab the money from me. Rudeness at his best. Ah not to mention the constant speaking their own language over the customer when placing the order. Just unacceptable"

Tried Dixy chicken for the 1st time and highly recommend! Much better than their neighbouring competitors. Excellent yummy chicken and staff are polite and helpful Amazing value too.

Food arrived late & cold.Ordered through JustEat and restaurant controls delivery updates - nothing given just an eta of 20mins slot. After that time called restaurant, no answer.JustEat offered gesture of good will, restaurants doesn’t comply.
