Definitely wouldn’t recommend, we gave Simon a brief “ do what you need to get it through planning” he didn’t come through. He didn’t have a good understanding of what the council would allow size or style wise and instead just drew up what he thought we wanted. The project was refused as it was too contemporary and oversized also didn’t fit in with the look of the road. I would of hoped an experienced architect would of foreseen this from the start and advised accordingly.
