Been a member of the gym on this site for over 16 years (3 different companies). Gym Group are easily the most competent: good equipment, good layout, effective training.Only small criticism: bit slow to fix broken equipment.Best feature: the quality of the personal trainers. I’ve been using gyms worldwide for 60 years, and Jennifer’s the best trainer I’ve had. She completely overhauled my routines and prepared me well for my recent medical treatment.

The staff at the gym make you feel welcome when you first enter. Gym is clean and spacious. Classes are brilliant and a good atmosphere.Jennifer is so welcoming and also a great pt instructor.

Joined earlier this year, after leaving another gym. It was appealing as its 24-hour access and the price is cheap.It's a decent gym, friendly staff and some decent equipment.the place is spotless too.Any issues with equipment are fixed ASAP.Everyone is friendly enough that use it.Obviously, like most after 5 pm can be busier.Overall, it's a good gym.

I absolutely love this gym. I’ve been here nearly two years and it’s such a lovely community! The staff are super friendly and helpful and it’s such a great atmosphere!

Great gym with everything you need to get fitter. All staff are friendly and helpful, especially our personal trainer Jennifer Hendry who is very knowledgeable and able to answer every question put to her. My wife and I have made great progress in our fitness and weight loss. We are grateful for all the help Jennifer has given us.

Staff haven’t been any helpful went to cancel my membership and they still charged me they don’t answer emails or anything don’t care about the gym it’s a mess the staff are useless

The gym is very clean and well kept whenever I go in, sometimes it’s during the day or very late a night. I normally see my PT once a week and Tagan is lovely and very helpful. She has helped me to build my confidence at the gym and now I’m able to go twice a week on my own with a plan to follow.All the gym staff are friendly and happy to help. Would definitely recommend!

Been using this gym now since Feb. Really enjoy the variety and range of equipment. Although I do feel there's a major lack on some gym accessories such as cable bars. Even clips for some machines. Another bug bare is how intense the music can be. I generally train first thing in the morning and the tunes are blasting out far too loud even with headphones plugged into my skull. It's incredibly frustrating.More accessories and the volume turned down a few notches I'd say it has the potential to be the best gym in Ayrshire but it certainly is not

Great facilities. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Would love for more classes to be available on the weekends as during the working week I can’t make any due to my working hours other than on a Thursday. Weekend classes book very quickly.
