The man working in the shop today was so rude. He was very abrupt when we asked him a question.Will not be returning.It had nothing to do with him serving another customer. He was away from the customer when we just asked him a quick question. We didn't expect him to serve us and it had nothing to do with not waiting our turn.....we had all day. It was the way he spoke to us and you wasn't even there when i asked him a simple question.

Would give 6 stars and more if I could, Cannot recommend enough, top class products and service. I go approx every 6 weeks for the bulmers dog food. It is worth about an 80 mile round trip as the prices are so competitive. Can message my order through at 10pm and it’s waiting for me on the date I requested. They even put it in my car for me

Jodie and all at Top Pets are fantastic. Always helpful and a smile. I bulk buy my dogs raw meat, and no matter how short notice I give them my order is always ready for me when I get there. Stock a great range of pet products too. Can't recommend them highly enough

I wanted to try feeding my dog raw food and didn’t know where to start.I went in here and spoke to the bloke in charge and he was extremely helpful and informative. He offered me loads of options and varieties and even made suggestions based on my dogs breed.Such a good price and range of raw food/biscuits/raw treats! Will definitely be going there from now on as everything is such a good price and quality!

I buy my all my dog related products from here. Couldn't be happier with the service from Jodie, David and Anthony, they all go above and beyond including helping to load larger/heavier orders into your car. I've also recently purchased their indoor and outdoor waterproof dog beds in large for my 3 and they are brilliant don't hold dog hairs and large enough to fit a German Shepherd and a German Shepherd cross Boxer on at the same time and as you can see the dogs love it.. So much so that we now have three lol

Since discovering this little gem of a pet shop a few years back, we will not go anywhere else! Fantastic produce. Huge variety. Great staff with excellent communication and customer service! Highly recommended.

I was feeding my puppy raw food from B&D but it just got ridiculously expensive then I came across a post on a raw feeding page on Fb about Top pets. Being only 10 mins away I decided to give them a try. Since switching to shopping there for raw food I'm saving atleast 3/4`s what I was paying before plus my pooch absolutely loves it! I've not tried there other treats yet which they stock a huge range of as I had quiet a stock beforehand but will deffo be grabbing some when I'm next in there. There prices are the best I've seen and the staff are so helpful and friendly. Top pets is fantastic, can't recommend them enough!

Amazing pet shop, friendly staff with the knowledge of what food your pet needs. They have a massive selection of dog bed and have fantastic treats which are natural and not full of artificial ingredients. Wouldn’t go anywhere else, especially when they deliver to various areas in and around Sutton in Ashfield.
