Took a chance and bought a car I hadn't even viewed. Was delivered that same weekend by two lovely people. Everything was handled swiftly, car was as described, and they even went above and beyond when my logbook didn't arrive straight away due to an error on DVLA's side. Great communication and a fair price. Highly recommended.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Just had to pay the Bailiffs over £1400 for unpaid ULEZ fines because these cowboys put the wrong address on the transfer form. If that wasn't enough, the one previous owner turned out to be 4 previous owners when I eventually received the logbook! To add insult to injury, the service book had the exact same writing, ink colour and same dealer stamp throughout so the claimed full service history was clearly fake.Avoid these clowns like the plague!

Wasted time speaking with 30 different dealers until finding Carl. He listened to everything I wanted and provided the car that matched exactly that. Carl was clear and prompt with communications throughout the process of delivery, financing and warranty. This dealer demonstrated how to really listen to a customer and provide solutions to problems.

What a great guy Carl's is . Helpful and friendly from the first time I meet him. Nothing was a problem and this made my mind up to buy a car from him. Buying the car was a good experience as well, meet me before he had opened , and helpful all through the buying of the car even down to helping me sort my tax out as I had a broken phone.Thank you Carl would highly recommend anyone looking for a new car to use Carl .

Brilliant service from start to finish with Carl. Friendly family business, no pushy sales, honest answers and trustworthy. No cliches or ‘sales patter’. Can’t recommend highly enough. Good range of cars. Relaxed test drives. If unsure, just give them a call, I did and they were more than happy to help answer queries and advise on the cars in stock. Would use again 100%.
