Love mamas got moves! I love dancing and it’s great that I get to do it with my baby. Great place to meet new mums and sita always makes everyone feel very welcome. Would highly recommend!

I love this class! It’s so fun and exactly what I needed to start getting active again after pregnancy. Each week is different and it’s not just the moves you go for, it’s the relationships you build with others mums going through exactly the same as you. Couldn’t recommend this class enough!

If you are wondering whether to book a session with Sita - DO IT. I booked an 80s themed dance class for myself and some of my friends and we had an absolute blast. Sita is so passionate about what she does and her enthusiasm is infectious. She is really approachable and broke everything down into bite size pieces before putting it all together at the end. Nothing was too much trouble, she took loads of photos and videos and the session was not rushed in any way. We all came away with precious memories of a really fun time. 100% would recommend her for any of your dance needs.

Absolutely love these classes! I've never danced before but had always loved to so going with my baby seemed like a fun but nerve wracking way to start. It's such a laid back vibe, doesn't matter if you need to stop and feed or if your baby is crying OR if you get it all wrong. Love that you hang around for a coffee after with the other mums. I enjoy the classes SO much more than any other baby classes I've done, and good exercise too. Thanks Sita!

I cannot recommend enough!Sita ran the most incredible burlesque workshop for my sister's hen. She took some of the least sexy, un-rhythmic people going and the final video was no where near as embarrassing as we feared. We had a lot of laughs and some of the moves even came out during our night out! She also went above and beyond to make the session wheelchair accessible for one of the group; Sita found a wheelchair accessible location in York (not easy) and made sure the routine was choreographed so my sister's friend could be involved in the whole thing.If anyone wants to do a dance class as part of a hen party in the future, I would definitely recommend!

Mama's what are you waiting for? This class is for You, do something for yourself and bring the baby along. I've got two left feet but love the tunes and a dance. Sita is very welcoming and reassuring, the point is to move and have fun!Go to this class, you will not regret it.

Mama's Got Moves is a really inclusive class for anyone with a baby and a desire to move. Taking over on Shared Parental Leave felt less daunting having a group of mum's I exercised and had lunch with each week. Don't assume it's a dance troup that you'll never be able to keep up with - it's simply not true!

By far and away my absolute favourite mat leave class! I love having the chance to do something just for me, getting some exercise in a super fun way and meeting other fabulous mums and dads, plus Sita who is an absolute legend! Best review of all is that my baby frequently falls asleep during classes, what could be better?!

I can't remember how long my daughter and I have been coming but it's been a long time. She's over 2.5yrs old now and I wish I'd been brave enough to come at the very start. Sita is amazing and makes you feel at ease no matter how good or bad a dancer you are. I couldn't keep with the steps at the start but she still makes you feel good about yourself. I would really recommend you try this class out, whether you have dance skills or not, or whether you've carried your baby or not. Give it a go I'm sure you'll love it!
