Was expecting to collect my free reward drink. But this tall guy was so intense and ask me how i got this free drink from their loyalty app and that i need to show my full credit card history to get my drink!!I am quite upsad about this, what right does he have to do this! Its my right to collect my rewards through their app!

My Nan and I love their waffles. Matcha tea ice cream is amazing and love their ranges of bubble tea. Really like the fact that they allow you to choose the sweetness of the drinks, so you have alot more control than other bubble tea shops.Great atmosphere, very relaxing and lovely staff.

Will never visit the Southampton store again!Was waiting to collect my drink for 15minutes and i asked one of the staff, then a male staff approached me with a really bad attitude and inquired about how I obtained the free drink from their loyalty app.He insisted that I have to present a detailed history of my credit card transactions to claim my drink. I told him i use my dad's card and cant show any history and he said sorry this is how it is

Never failed but unfortunately all toilets we 'Not In Use'. Would've stayed longer and had 1 more round of drinks but no toilet means can't stay for long.

The drink here is absolutely amazing! I had Brown rice green milk tea with pearls and pudding. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend ❤️

Really bad experience, theres a staff who keeps on asking me to show my bank statement to proof i have bought drinks from them??!!! He was questioning me like im stealing from their app. In the end i showed him my transactions and he gave me my drink like i lied or something.

I've come to Southampton to visit my friend for this summer holiday and usually drop by Chatime to have great milk tea. It was such a surprise to me at first, the tea flavours of Chatime Southampton are even better than what we get in my city. The staff there is super friendly and helpful. They help me to choose best flavours and serve really fast. Besides, the space is so large, I can bring many of my friends there to chat and drink teas together. The location is great, too. It is located right in the city centre so it is very convenient to go shopping and drop by to drink milk tea in this hot weather. I've come here for 5 days a week and it is like my habit to visit Chatime now. Hope that Chatime Southampton can extend and open more branches.
