Treated extremely unfairly and rudely by a blonde member of staff on the 11th February. She accused my friend and I of stealing and snatched the item out of my hand and then proceeded to make us feel extremely uncomfortable. This should never happen!!!

I went three times try to get my ears piercing. The first time I was told that I needed to make an appointment. The second time I was told that need come back two weeks later. The third time I was told that the person in charge was not there.In the end I went to Claire's, and it just took my around 10 minutes to fill out the form and get my ear pierced very quickly.
