Came here in the late afternoon, shortly before closing time. Besides lots of souvenirs, there is really a lot of interesting stuff here. Lots of good quality clothes as well. Didn't really have time to check it all out.But bought some nice fridge magnets, keychains, caps and a bunch of T-Shirts. Everything of good quality.Staff was very nice and the prices fair. Definintely a place we would spend more time in. Surely another time.

The ladies jewelry section of the shop has a great selection of pandora and nomination charms available, we bought some Christmas presents from here before browsing the main store downstairs. Some nice gifts and souvenirs available here. The men's section upstairs was brilliant, ended up buying a new wallet and bracelet. The staff were brilliant, especially in the pandora section and the upstairs men's section!

Visited the jewellery shop and found a really good selection of silver jewellery. The lady who served me was lovely, very helpful and made it an enjoyable experience. I would definitely go back.

Nice variety in the store - something for everyone.Didn’t like the matronly ‘security guards’ posted around the store keeping a beady eye on shoppers. As another review commented, felt like they were watching out for kids sticky fingers in a sweet shop. It definitely put me off browsing for longer and I was keen to leave the store pretty quickly.

Brilliant service. Ordered jacket and it arrived within a couple of days. Sadly I ordered the wrong jacket and I returned the item via a courier, I received my refund the very next day. Would recommend. Thank you team Anna Davies.

Make sure you try on any items before you buy as they will not refund even with a receipt and tags still on item. Very rude staff felt like I had asked for the impossible when just wanted a refund due to the style of the top I purchased not suited to my body shape, basically told its my fault I should have tried it on in the shop.

Some really nice products, including clothing, footwear, accessories, jewellery, bags, gifts, homeware, and more. High quality items, and as such, definitely on the expensive end of the scale. A large store with lots to see. Quite packed in shelf-wise, making moving around a little difficult when it's busy. I think wheelchair-users or those with pushchairs could struggle to move around freely.

Wow what a lovely shop and super friendly and helpful staff.Its nice to take time out and blend in with such a lovely town. This shop is well worth the time to visit as the staff are always there to help.
