Good experience in this store. The staff were friendly and helpful and the store was well stocked. There was a seasonable display which was pleasant to the eye and also a fragrance diffuser which made the store feel very festive. The only problem I would say is that the tills were a bit slow and had to wait for a while. Worth a visit :)

the staff are really friendly. however i often find better deals on their online site. the shop is very clean and nicely maintained. i rely on it for buying last minute gifts

Really great service by polite, well mannered staff. The lady answered my questions and gift wrapped my item. Great company to purchase online from to but nice to still be traditional and have a personal touch.

Really good store, staff are very helpful they go above and beyond for the clients like myself. Glad to be a privilege customer. The bedding is very good and reasonably priced too. The sales are the best bargain in Birmingham

Top brand for exceptionally nice things they have a few shops scattered around the UK. However we prefer to shop online from their beautiful brochures that we receive from them.

Great service. I was taking one item back, and then changed my mind on the size of another item half way through the purchase (typical nightmare customer behavior) and Victoria was really patient with me. Appreciate the level of service provided.

I went in to buy 6 decently sized candles and when I got to the till and asked for them to be individually bagged an older white lady (sarah) just handed me the bags and tissues on the candles on the counter.There was 2 cashiers and only 1 person behind me in line.You'd think spending a couple hundred quid at a place they'd at least pack it for you.Considering I'm a brown man and other people were shown more care I saw this as a touch racist and its completely unacceptable
