I first came across Paul when I needed professional head shots done for my business. The photos he took then were stunning and I've had such a wonderful experience, that I decided to bring my daughter to have her own photos taken.Paul was so friendly and encouraging, he managed to get her from being a little shy and reserved, to being the most open and relaxed I've ever seen her with someone she only just met. The photoshoot was pure delight, with tones of laughter and beautiful memories, all captured expertly by Paul.Choosing the photos to take home - we wanted all of them! Each and everyone felt like they should be enlarged and viewed in a special gallery for the most beautiful, natural photos.I highly recommend Paul for both the seriously beautiful pictures he takes and also, for the experience of being with him in the studio. He's awesome!

In 2012 my family paid for a half-day photoshoot with Paul Wilkinson.We hired a cottage so that the family could be together and we could make a weekend of it.On the day Paul was enthusiastic, although we struggled a bit with some personal comments and bad language in front of children. Paul might've adjusted his manner since then for family occasions.I can't comment on the quality of the photographs taken because we've never seen them. New clients should be aware that Paul doesn't show you any thumbnails or watermarked versions unless you go to his studio in person.We weren't able to do this as my parents (the photoshoot was a gift for them) are pensioners who live hundreds of miles away and my mum is partially sighted.Paul would not make an exception to his rule and because of this we've never seen any photos or had anything back for our money.I'm sorry to give such a low review, but it has been one of the saddest experiences.

We used Paul for our November wedding at the Crazy Bear and my gosh, he and his team well exceeded our expectations! I wanted to choose a photographer who knew the venue in order to capture it and our day in the best way but that was just one benefit in using Paul.All of our guests loved him, he was a truly an integral part of our day!And my gosh the photos!!! We have had our meeting to choose our photos and they are just incredible.The service from Paul, Sarah and Michele has been perfect, and the added parts of the package that are not on offer from other photographers, just make the whole experience that extra special!Our friends are using him for their wedding from seeing him at ours and I would recommend him and his team to all!Thank you so much Paul, Sarah and Michele for everything, and for capturing our day in the most beautiful way!

We can't recommend Paul enough. We have trusted him to take beautiful shots of our family for well over a decade. One of the best photographers but also genuinely lovely people. You'll be put at ease, even if you don't enjoy having your photo taken, and will have memories captured in photos to last a lifetime.

Well Done Paul for another wonderful photography experience. It was amazing watching my little girl all dressed up for her RAF Dinner, looking totally amazing and you making her feel so special.Milli enjoyed the whole experience and your whole team made her feel really relaxed and this shined through in the photos.Thank you to Sarah for the Studio Review of the photos. I wouldn’t choose anyone else to do portrait or wedding photography. I hate having my photo taken, but Paul always makes me feel at ease - resulting in the most stunning images (despite the poor subject matter he has to work with!).The portrait he took a few years ago is the only photo I will ‘allow’ my parents to have on their wall!For our wedding, he took some wonderfully natural images, really capturing the happiness and fun of our special day. You’ll never get dreadfully stilted and over composed wedding images from Paul - you’ll get a true reflection of the entire day and something to treasure forever. When we first saw our album we were in tears as the images were so beautiful.The team around him are also hugely friendly and helpful – nothing is ever too much trouble.A wedding day goes by in a flash. If you want something stunning that truly reflects how you felt about that special day, Paul is without doubt the best choice. If you want portrait photography that you’ll be proud to put on the wall, he’s your man too.

Fantastic photographer with the most amazing skills. Superb with dogs. Took wonderful photos of my 2 dogs, one was terminally ill at the time (went to Rainbow Bridge 3 weeks later). I found out about him and he fit us in at extremely short notice due to my dog being so ill. Took lovely photos of my Chinese Crested Hairless dog who was very ill at the time with Cushings disease. Plus he is the most skilled photographer I've ever come across with taking photos of black dogs; these are very hard to take really good photos of. He insisted on taking photos of my black miniature poodle too, even though I was focusing on the other dog. When the pictures came through, not only did I have beautiful pics of the one who was dying, I had the most stunning photos of my black poodle! I will treasure those photos for the rest of my life. Paul and his team are so lovely. Not surprisingly, he's won Wedding Photographer of the Year and Dog Photographer of the Year. My little Chinese Crested is in heaven and my little black poodle is now my faithful companion. I will go back again in the future. I also got a lovely large canvas photo of me with my best friend and both dogs; we each have a copy that's pride of place in our lounges.

We absolutely love our beautiful wedding photos taken by Paul. His pictures are stunning and our album is amazing.Paul and Sarah helped make our day such a happy and memorable experience. I can’t thank them enough for their help on the day - keeping me at my ease, making me laugh and helping with my nerves ;-) It really helped make the pictures so magical.We went to their studio to see our photos on the big screen. It was a great way to see the pictures properly and it meant we could re-live the day again (and get emotional again!)I also got a mini album for my mum and she loves it so much. I usually dislike photos of myself but Paul has a brilliant knack of taking truly stunning portraits that capture the moment.We're happy to recommend Paul to anyone who's looking for stunning images of their big day.
