I had my assessment with Lisa today and it was really refreshing having someone that could listen to the problems i've had in learning an be able to actually recommend, demo and talk through how to help with them. Laura was able to organise my meeting for the next day and the reception staff were really helpful. A great group of people, there were great at what they did and they've really put me at ease before my first year of uni. If there's anyone to go with to do a needs assessment, its them.

If you're anything like me then you may be a little apprehensive about receiving online training, especially at my age and especially returning back to work after serious injury which can be daunting enough.I am currently studying my Master's in Psychology and i am 40 years of age, 6 years ago i broke my neck, back and shoulders whilst serving in the military. After a lengthy rehab and the ending of my 18 year career i felt a little isolated and developed small bouts of anxiety. Then i met Yorinc!!Within weeks of speaking to excellent, highly skilled and empathetic people here, i was given an amazing setup for my studies from height adjustable desk, chair, PC and tons of useful programs as if things couldn't get any better i was then provided with FREE training with a lovely and understanding lady called Laura, i was apprehensive about video training for my own reasons such as body image and confidence, also i imagined it would be quite robotic and tiresome. It was the complete opposite, because this team are aware that most of us will be returning or recovering from an injury, they are fantastic, within minutes i felt comfortable and relaxed, Laura made it clear that this training is catered around my needs so there were plenty of times to break , take medication , have a coffee etc . All of this ensured that the three hours we had felt like 20 mins, utterly pleasurable and informative, we chatted about all sorts and there was a genuine sense of interest on both parts in terms of topics which we covered. I have taught myself in the past and always believed in fostering a relaxed but professional environment, this was way better than anything i could have hoped for and we completed the training which meant that at the end of the first session i was quite adept in one of the programs that looked alien to me at first . Yorlinc and Laura have massively improved the quality of my study life and for that i am very grateful.My advice to anyone looking at this is to grab this chance while it remains because you could not ask to meet a more understanding team anywhere else . one of the most positive experiences i have had since my accident. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. My entire experience with yorlinc has been an absolute pleasure. Right from the receptionist to the trainers, everyone I have met has been so friendly and always made every effort to make me feel as comfortable as possible. The service I have received has been second to none. I am incredibly satisfied with everything provided to me and am also very thankful.

Very friendly and professional, they were able to fit me in at short notice and made me feel comfortable and accommodated. Lisa was brilliant and they provide consistent help and support with a thorough assessment. Thank you for all of your help.

We originally chose Yorlinc for my daughter's assessment because of the positive reviews. We are glad we did. From first ringing up to the end of the process has been excellent. Lisa, who assessed my daughter, put her at ease straight away and the two hour assessment was so thorough. What Lisa requested to support my daughter at university was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble as she always responded to any queries. If you are looking for an assessor, look no further as you won't get better service anywhere else.

Yorlinc have been so helpful and friendly in arranging appointments to suit me, and the training sessions they provide have been really helpful for my studies with amazing, friendly trainers.
