Be wary, I was ‘gazumped’ once being pushed to get solicitors on board, all seemed a bit weird, slightly disappointed as the house is still on the market months later, no other issues from the short time I was in communication but for me it seems as though the customer doesn’t matter

Thanks to the team at Karen Ritchies for selling our house (twice). We've tried to move several times over the last 15 years. Our house was a lovely solid Edwardian Semi with big rooms. We either couldn't find the right buyer, picked the wrong time or couldn't find a house we wanted to buy (even though they had managed to find us a buyer).
