Aerial Force

Booked an appointment for between 9-10am Sunday 18th November, no one turned up so I spoke to someone on their online chat who told me that they were stuck at the previous job and would call when they are on their way. Got to 11am so I spoke to the same person which this time they told me they wasn't in the office so I needed call them, obviously first conversation was just a generic response rather than actually looking into it. I called in straight away, took all my details and said someone would call me back. Its been another hour since that phone call and I still haven't seen anyone or had a phone call. Wasted my only day off sitting in expecting them to arrive.
