Built and Fitted a nice new kitchen for us good worker and fast. Also redecorated living room and bedrooms to a exellent standard too. Would highly recommend.

Had many problems with numerous leaks of Conservatory Roof and inside of Conservatory with draughts, leaks, lack of Heating, We considered new Replacement Roof ,opted to replace with Solid Roof, KDR Gave quotes on several option's with problems existing and possible defects ,due to the age and deterioration of Conservatory Agreed to have Solid Roof with Guarantee as Standard ,Fascia, Soffits, Guttering ,Electrics ,Underfloor Heating repair of Double Glazed Door ,which was also leaking badly. Very good Materials used ,Disposed of all Waste and left everywhere Neat and Tidy ,Very impressed with workmanship all carried out with diligence and Expertise ,Excellent standard of work .Karl was very helpful ,many ideas and suggestions offered and taken, with further projects ongoing Main House Roof ,Guttering ,Fascia ,New Downpipes ,Paving Slabs ,Renew Grouting Waterproof ,Convert room downstairs into a Useable Utility Room ,WC All to be completed by KDR Property Services ,Who will take on all required work's .I do not hesitate on recommending Karl and KDR Property Services to undertake all aspects of House, Garden, General Maintenance ,
