Last week I was driving from Newcastle to Manchester to see Coldplay when the undertray started hanging off my car. I drove to Waudbys as it was the nearest garage to where I was at that time and they screwed the undertray back on really quickly and didn’t charge me anything. I am so appreciative of this and if I lived closer I would be sure to use this garage if I ever had any issues with my car.

Brilliant garage, broke down not far from Wetherby and my regular garage was back 60 miles away, Waudby’s very kindly fit me in no bother at short notice, car was fixed the next day and at a reasonable price considering! Lovely staff and very accommodating - thank you so much!

Having moved to Wetherby 2 years ago I was looking for a family business for general repairs and servicing.Having spent all my working life in the Motor Trade I retired some 16 years ago. I booked my old Mercedes SL in to Waudbys for a handbrake problem. Fantastic service, job done very efficiently and explained exactly what the problem was. Very impressed with the staff super friendly and sensibly priced.So impressed I have now booked in our other two cars. Well done to all at Waudbys.

Helped massively when my clutch went and needed fixing for a motoring holiday to the continent. Even though incredibly busy, they found me a transmission specialist and got me the car back in time. Indebted and would always recommend.

This garage went above and beyond for me to day I dropped of at the Leeds fes I was heading for home (Newcastle upon Tyne) my battery light come on I tryed 3 garages before waudbys them got me in straight away supply and fitting new alternator within a couple af hours staff where lovely and friendly thanks again Ian (tourneo custom)

Rattling sound in car. Waudbys said new brake pads were required (the car had new ones installed less than a year ago). They were vague about when they could do the work (even though we were very clear we needed it done soon), rude when I took the car for less than an hour to take my daughter to nursery (even though one of the mechanics was clearly desperate to get rid of it) and ultimately refused to do the work at all after they’d had it for days. Then we took it to another garage in Harrogate who said the existing brake pads were fine and just needed cleaning and did the job within the hour. Not a good experience at all.

Went to Waudbys yesterday at zero notice when our car flashed warning lights on a trip to Scotland from the south. Within minutes the diagnostic machine was plugged in and advice given that it was safe to drive on. Many thanks to Team Waudby for their can do attitude, efficiency and humour.
