Alex explained everything to me fully and managed to get me a formal mortgage offer (not just in principle) the next day!Unfortunately my sale hasn’t been the easiest and I’m currently sat waiting to get keys to my property today (7 months on), but one thing I really can say is my broker has been amazing!Alex has gone above and beyond, kept in touch over the full period and even chased solicitors to get the outcome we needed.By chasing continually we have avoided the need for an extension on my mortgage offer saving me £124 per month and upto £15k over a 10 year period.
