I worked here for just over a year (unfortunately I was made redundant) and I loved my time there. The eccentric bunch of people that were assembled for the campaign were always a great laugh. The facilities are brilliant... With a quiet room, small gym and a massive room (with table tennis and video games etc.)I couldn't have asked for a better job.

Some supportive members of staff can be helpful but to be honest it’s like working with the clinically insane. Forget gross incompetence and unprofessionalism, a lot of very unwell people who should be on a psychiatric ward somewhere secure.

I worked here for a half year. If you love the customer service job, you may like it here. Me personally was my first customer service over phone, and found out it's not for me. Even then, I saw there's possible to start your career, gain experience and build on your CV, especially if you're young I'd say it's a great start. However the pay compared to Sweden is as great, and here you won't get paid extra for working red days/holidays.I felt many though leave this work after about half year or year.

At interview stage I explained my disability and was promised full support however upon entry and training none was forthcoming. I was forced to wait outside accessible toilets whilst able bodied colleagues used them I requested help with this and other issues to no avail leaving me with no choice but to resign my position due to a detrimental impact on my health and wellbeing

Way underpaid, and managers haven't got a clue. Just look at the pictures employees posted, looks like a prison... really stressful environment, giving you a bad picture that you are closed inside.Worked there for 2 years until we got redundant, I was in the only technical campaign that left. During the redundancy period they offered me a terrible customer service position, when I stated previously that I want a more technical role going forward.HR and Management have no clue about their employees strength, and many people can confirm. As soon as I left this company I tripled my salary in Belfast, insane how bad they underpay you for the work you do.It also creates a bad view of the city for foreigners in my opinion, bringing them to the thought, everyone is going to be under heavy pressure, very unfriendly management and underpaid here.A huge staff turnover also shows this business is going downhill as they can't keep people to work there long enough.I give it two stars as it's okay to hold on to something, but would not recommend anybody to have high hopes making a career here. When the agents have suggestions, they basically get ignored, so the company organises some random corporate party to make an excuse to the agents. How about listening to feedbacks instead of wasting money? On top of that making me pay for your own party, incredibly cheeky and greedy.

A company that imported(so to speak) people from all over Europe to support different languages for Microsoft then in few months fired half of them as redundant. (The period of time before the actual redundancy started, employees were harassed by setting rough or impossible targets then setting on low morale by constant talks about targets in a special room). All of this to motivate people to resign on their own, sort of medieval means, just the torture tools were missing. Can write a book on how you should not run a company. Disgrace.

If your going for a job in this place don't bother. Brought me in for a phone test and interview on a public holiday. I was successful and was offered the job but I couldn't start when they wanted me to so they said they couldn't start me anymore. Complete waste of my time !

Bad reputation around Belfast for a good reason. Work there and you’ll see yourself. You’ll be embarrassed to say you work there in front of friends/family. Avoid.

Horrible place to work. Words can describe it. I have no idea how anyone could give this above 1 star. This place has an aweful reputation in Belfast. You’ll only embarrass yourself in front of family/friends to say you work here.
