I supplied the Technical specification required, they recommended their own generator which arrived next day. very impressed with the build quality and spec, easy to set up, starts 1st time. so far so good. Hello the service apart from buying a delta 2 for £1100 on a Thursday and seeing an advert on the Monday for £900 really annoying I asked about sales but was told there was none, I would have thought a decent answer would have been wait till next week but hey ho the product is great.I have now been given a credit for the difference and a very clear explanation as to why I didn't get the discount initially. But I feel sure that they, if I had not picked it up myself, would have rectified this anyway. As I said the service from this company has been great and I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

Your site seemed professional enough with so.e OK reviews for me to part with my money on the delta 2 and 220 w solar panels. I ordered on the 21 Nov 23 and the solar panel arrived on the 1 Dec 23 later than my expectations. The Delta 2 arrived on 4 Dec 23. It seems the freight comp didn't inform me by email when the Delta would arrive and its poss they don't deliver on the weekends. Anyhow both deliveries look OK and the Delta2 is working but can't get a input from my car charger to show on the unit. I need to test the solar but need some sun to do that. So will be testing.Hampshire Gen answered my emails regarding delivery times saying this unit was specialist due to the batteries. So would take longer.Good company but the carrier could be more organised by sending text or emails regarding delivery times. Their tracking app only said it was in a local warehouse when it should have said out for delivery. They certainly kept me guessing. All good now though. One has to be wary with high end goods. Jackery 1000 portable power station. Sellers purchase price was very reasonable, much cheaper than other suppliers. Delivered within two days. Easy to use and recharge. Would definitely buy from them again. I highly recommend them.

I Ordered a new Ecoflow delta 2 which arrived in good time and as expected. Great product. Annoyingly the day it arrived the unit went on black Friday sale £200 less than i paid, HG were good enough to refund me the £200 difference! very grateful for that. I will buy from these guys again...

I thought it would be a simple warranty replacement or refund but instead, it has been lots of emails and 'out of our hands' issues. From known faults with no recall, missed emails, supplier barcodes being corrupt, (which again was a known issue but they sent them out to try anyway?) someone leaving the company and their cases not being passed on, packages not being delivered to manufacture so technically they are out of warranty as they have been waiting for months, emails not responded to for weeks and now just waiting for someone to get back from holiday as they investigate why they didn't see email attachments that they said they saw . - super boring to deal with with no empathy for the customer and a lot of blaming everyone else. I think what must be happening is that the people on the after sales team don't have authority to say when enough is enough, we should probably just give this customer a credit note and let them get on with it. Instead I am here waiting fro the fourth person to start looking into it to get back from holiday who is apparently the operations manager......the mundane story continues. I don't even want the generator now as it was unreliable and cost me sales when I took it out on markets.

I've just bought a Bluetti power bank from Hmpshire Generators. Pretty small beer for them I'm sure, but the price was good and the service excellent. I had to email a question to them and I got a prompt and full reply from a named person. Delivery one day earlier than predicted. On the basis of my experience I would strongly recommend them.

Recently purchased a Ecoflow Delta 2 and 220W solar panel set. Amazing discount. Looks so solid and well made.Haven't even got it setup and I'm more than happy.Price in the sale, for both units, was cheaper than just original manufacturers list price for the Delta alone.Thank you Hampshire Generators.

I cannot praise Hampshire Generators enough. Great kit and prompt delivery. Most importantly a wonderful after sales service that went above and beyond any customer care service that can be expected. There may be many suppliers but the most long term significant component to any purchase (so often missing) is the after sales care and advice. Hampshire G exemplify all that is excellent. They do care and they do advise patiently with a whatever it takes customer outcome based ethos.
