Having been to 3 jewellers in town who for one reason or another couldn't fix my diamond ring. I was recommended Lucys, i called in to Lucy's and had it fixed there and then, while I waited. Not only an amazing job but a PROPER nice bloke!!!!

I injured my finger and had to take my ring off because of the swelling.I took my ring in to Lucy’s, got my finger sized so that my ring could be altered to the new size and it was sorted i within an hour.Excellent service,I would recommend Lucy’s to anyone needing jewellery repairs/alterations

Had a very special alteration which was done on site within a very short time. The customer service is exceptional even made me a brew whilst I waited professional advice and very reasonable price. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

Always go to Lucy’s when I need jewellery repairing or want to trade in my gold, I always find him friendly and very reasonable. I traded in my unwanted gold for a special family trip and he threw in an extra £20 to make a more memorable trip. There’s not many decent people out there but I’d trust him to the ends of the earth. Thanks ☺️

David and his team created a total bespoke engagement ring for us. I gave them a verbal description of what I wanted for my fiancé. They came back to me with 5 options and then created a CAD design on my preferred option. The finished ring was better than the CAD image.They did all of the above incorporating previous stones and precious metals from jewellery heirlooms.I could not commend them Highly Enough.
