Fantastic gym. Around 8 bar bell stations. Cardio and wide selection of weights. Easy parking, great advice and help in a friendly environment. Good mix of people and abilities. Great coffee as well !

Very nice and clean gym. Would like to see more treadmills especially on a morning when boot camp classes are in and wanting to use machines.Owner is very nice and very helpful.
