Really Poor. A never wrong company that always has an excuse for everything. Please avoid.Told me my car would be ready at 5pm. Waiting for over an hour till 6pm. This, apparently, was my fault as I did not book in for all the work I needed (How come I knew the price then? I remember booking it in, they forgot to write it down.)Some quotes include VAT, others don't, so a bit of a shock when I saw the bill. That is, if you get to see the bill. Card reader was just shoved in front of me first, I had to ask to see the bill. (imagine if they did this to you at a restaurant...!)Told to come back for a third time as they couldn't fix the problem - they ordered the wrong part and blamed a chassis number issue (next garage I used didn't have this problem and told me it was a load of rubbish).When leaving, they said they would prioritize me, work around me as it would need to come back again. On trying to book in for a third time, just a few days later as I have to arrange transport each time, told it would have to wait over a week and they would now need the car for 2 days 'just in case'. (why did you not need the car twice the last time...?)Asked for refund, nothing provided. Looking forward to the defensive response.Again, please avoid. There are far better garages out there.

Fantastic work, and fitting my car in really quick

I was happy with the work carried out and the price but they fitted after market parts to my car then had the audacity to tell me the warranty is void unless I replace other parts on my car with genuine parts. Let’s hope nothing goes wrong as it’ll get messy I know my consumer rights. Best to use another garage - one that will stand by their workmanship.

Cannot recommend MJS Services more highly. From issues with seized ebrakes, full services and tyre punctures they have been nothing short of outstanding. Great customer care, above and beyond when it comes to knowledge and service as well as very competitive on pricing. Top marks!

Called them without booking and they said „NO PROBLEM” just put in my Wife car for half day and MOT done! FANTASTIC PEOPLES! VERY FRENDLY ***** RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE!Thank You!

They keep my car for 2 days and did only 50% of job. They looking for quick easy jobs to do. Air condition works in proper way only for few months after they fix it and charge over 100 pounds. I am not impressed.

Great friendly staff, knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely recommended.
