Very poor - leave messages for them to call back and they never do and then when you call them they tell you they have already contacted you! Resulted in us getting the wrong seat fitted when going through dealership and now cannot get them to talk to us to change it.

Five star service with 5 star workmanship.They came highly recommend and totally lived up to their recommendations. Our hoist (custom made) is brilliant, easy to use. The level of workmanship on on the hoist is first class made by a highly skilled group of people.

Absolutely appalling! Totally irresponsible and couldn’t care less attitude. Have been strung along since May that they could adapt a fiat for my brother and after various fobbing off phone calls I have been told now in November it can’t be done. My brother’s condition means he is essentially housebound without the automated ramp and they’ve made us wait 7 months just to say they can’t do it! Utterly shocked at their heartless unprofessional attitude. No apology no communication.

This is a fantastic and very caring company. I’ve had two jobs done here - a boot and person hoist - and both have been carried out very efficiently. The team look for ways round problems and advise on the best product and way forward. I will definitely use again!
