My sister found this company and I paid £300 to them to sort my money claim out. Before paid them they were very communicative and convincing, and we made the agreement. They have done nothing and couldn’t recover a penny. Totally I have lost £2950 because of them after a year, they just let me know that they closed the case and to reopen they ask for more money. I never trust them again. Never work with them

Very happy with the high level of service I received from Federal Management, I was getting stone walled by an insurance company I had dealt with for years who suddenly decided to not pay me after they racked up a bill of over £1500.00, which to an SME like myself is a lot of money.The money was paid to me within six months in full after FM got involved so a huge thanks to FM for all their help, anyone looking to recover money from horrible non-payers go to FM they are amazing.

My sister paid these guys £300 and they couldn’t recover a penny.So disappointed. Before paid them they were very communicative and convincing.After that, nothing done. A year after her claim, they emailed her that they had closed her case and asking for more money to chase it again. How she believes in them again. As I found this company to chase her money claim, I feel so bad and guilty myself. She has lost her £2950 because of this company. My advice is “don’t work with this company “ they do nothing for solution.they chase their own profits only!
