I have been having issues with my Apple Watch plan. I went into the store to try and sort it out as I haven’t really got anywhere on the phone. Bailey has been a star he sat with me and explained the issues, he escalated it to a higher department and phoned me a few days later to see if the issue had been sorted. Still in the process of getting it rectified but The customer service I have received from him has been amazing. He understands my frustration and has pointed me in the right direction to get the issues sorted. I really appreciate how he has treated me and followed up with me even after I left the store. This is going above and beyond for his customer.

Fantastic service at Vodafone. Crawley. I had a number of queries with my mobile and broadband contract and installation. The customer service initially with Ben and then Max was exemplary. They certainly far exceeded any customer care I had received at other network shops. I fully recommend anyone , especially those who, like me are nervous of technology , to go to Vodafone, Crawley.

Short answer is this shop is excellent and the guy called Max is amazing! Also the general manager was incredibly friendly and I saw him helping an old grandma in there with her walker trolley whixh really was heart touching.I been with Vodafone for almost 20 years and every year the online sales teams messed up my renewal contract ...I was so close to leaving Vodafone but luckily I had visited in store and spoken to Max previously. He is a true gent, professional, incredibly knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. He sorted out my new contract and I feel genuinely happy and reassured everything will be ok. I hope he or the store manager gets to read this.They retained me as a customer purely based on Maxs customer service in store. Fantastic.

Went there after help with a Vodafone smart sim, staff friendly enough but had no clue about the smart sim.Said they had not sold something like that for 8-10yrs, this was a brand new sim supplied with a new dash cam

Went in to sort a problem that their helpline had been unable to solve. We were greeted immediately by a very helpful young man who took details of our problem and arranged for someone to help us after a very short wait. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly, sorted the problem out without a drama and also saved us money on our current plan. Although we are not local, we will seriously consider going back to the Crawley branch when it comes to upgrading shortly.
