Amazing experience from the get go.Friendly arrival, great consultation and got to know each-other from the get go. Set the tone for my liking and did a fantastic job of the analysis of my issues.Felt comfortable the whole time I was there and got thoroughly stuck in to the treatment which is what i’ve needed for a long time.It’s been a day and I can already feel the difference in myself which gives me confidence for my activities in the future.Will most certainly be returning for follow up sessions!

I was passed John’s details after being in severe pain with rotator cuff injuries and frozen shoulder. First appointment was amazing!Felt comfortable, felt listened to, and afterwards, the positive effects of the deep tissue massage lasted a long time.Really grateful for the positivity and the excellent therapy. Have been back and will keep going back. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I went to John with predominantly lower back pain. He is really professional and knowledgeable. He took time to go through my concerns, and explain the causes and the process he would carry out to relieve them. John is also really friendly and made me feel very comfortable with something that has the potential to be quite awkward.

Had an assessment with John today for problematic pain in my left hip/buttock. John did a very thorough assessment before he recommended acupuncture and massage for me.The acupuncture was painless but effective. The massage was very deep and I could feel my glutes becoming less painful.This is the start of stopping 18month of pain.

I have attended two sessions so far with John, due to neck pain causing headaches.At the initial assessment he was very thorough and made me feel extremely comfortable from the start. He asked lots of questions to ensure he understood what I needed and explained everything to me as he did it.After my second session, I had a quick question and he happily explained everything over message, to make me feel more at ease.I have not had any headaches related to the pain following my sessions and throughout the session always checks in to make sure I’m feeling okay.Would not hesitate to recommend!

10 stars, I’ve never had a massage before but John made me feel at ease, talked me through the different treatment options in depth and came out feeling very relaxed & less tense, so much so I’m already thinking of booking in again! I highly recommend to anybody considering a massage

10/10, couldn’t walk before my first appointment, the day after I was walking with 0 pain. Over last few weeks pain was returning and once again after another session pain free! Honestly top tier service and will be using regular, especially with the cheap prices! Thanks again

Really happy with the quality of my Sports Massage from John. After 28 years training in weightlifting, olympic lifting, and 10 years coaching and PTing CrossFit I've developed a nose for the the good the bad and the ugly in the Therapist world. John is excellent at what he does. Made me vey aware beforehand of the intensity that a Sports massage could entail given elbows and deep pressure would be applied. Assisted me in moderating the intensity based on my individual tolerance, with constant feedback during the session. Gave my problem spots are real working.Really engaging, professional guy too which was more impressive as I was his last client of a long day and he still brought his A game!Would definitely use John again, as quality soft tissue therapists are like gold dust to find. Can't actually believe he was on my doorstep too which is massively handy. Really reasonable, affordable pricing too.

I have been seeing John for a few months now and all I can say is he helped me come off pregablin because of his support. This drug I did not want to take and he has done that for me he always explained what he was doing and the acupuncture I was sceptical of but my sciatica pain was massively reduced. I'm glad someone recommended him to me and he is also supporting my 13-year-old son as well.
