I had a good experience whilst buying my furniture. Richard was very good in his approach and helped me to get the best deal. I am a regular customer to furniture village because of the quality products they sell and their good professional practice ensuring that consumers are happy with their purchases.

Gary was amazing in helping us get the perfect furniture. He was patient and explained everything in detail, he took us around and showed us different furniture and deals to choose from. He was absolutely incredible and very helpful indeed. Kudos GARY!

My wife and I visited the store today and had an amazing stress-free time. Richard Simms the sales consultant gave advice but was never 'pushy' or 'invasive' in any way. He advised us on the various suites and had a great deal of knowledge on the items in store. We purchased a beautiful suite of furniture having had time and a leisurely look around the store. Richard was brilliant and we couldn't have wished for anyone better to have served us. Thank you Richard!

My mum and I went here to purchase two beds and two mattresses. From our first visit, Raj was extremely helpful and patient with our questions. He knew an impressive amount of detail regarding each mattress and bed type that we considered and was not pushy but instead helped us understand the difference between each type and match it to our preferences. Raj tailored the advice he gave to our needs very well (even when it came to selecting a colour Raj helped us contrast the swat against furniture with a similar colour that we had at home). Raj clearly explained the payment process and my mum has left feeling very happy and grateful for the exceptional service she received.

Having visited a number of different furniture stores, in particular looking for a sofa for our new extension we found furniture village at Wednesbury , particularly good. However, this may be down to our experience with a particular sales consultant called Judith Wright.She is very knowledgeable very helpful without being pushy. She assisted in every regard and was very very patient. She allowed you time to think and reflect and went out of her way to assist us spending considerable time probing us about our Ideas and requirements putting forward suggestions to assist us. She made enquiries for us and provided us with sample swatches so that we could go home and check how they may look. Of all of the sales consultants that we came across in the last few weeks and there were many of them, she stands out by a country mile and we would absolutely recommend you going to see her and seeking her assistance. She is so helpful , cooperative and lovely with it.
