Dad is shielding so I'm socially distancing to stay in his support bubble. As I was waiting for my click n collect another customer entered eating his fries and chips and taking no heed to all the infection control procedures in place. I had to leave the store and the guy serving me very kindly brought my item out to me - thankyou screwfix - your excellent customer service and infection control awareness made my day- cheers.....

Really unhelpful. Young lad behind the counter made me place an order on a tablet 2ft away rather than input the numbers himself. When I questioned the packaging on a box of screws as it didn't line up with what I ordered I just got a blank stare. Another reason I've been using Toolstation more recently.

Oh my god the guy at the till is so rude he's the duty manager on top of that he's name is Romeo he's not helpful at all mc donalds next door should hire you ASAP

There have been days were I have made several trips to the store to purchase, return and exchange items and the staff here could not be more helpful. They have excellent stock knowledge, find things I don't know the name of and the service is always with a smile. I'm lucky to have them so close to me while I'm still doing up my house.

Had purchased a electric fire, was really damaged, had got online to request a collection and replacement, was informed quicker to go to the actual store, which I done today, with by now only a few days left until the thirty day money back guarantee expires, quite a mission for me too as I have spinal and leg injuries. Got there, told I need to phone!? Not that happy unfortunately
