Care home in St Albans Hertfordshire. Nice staff, clean surroundings and calm atmosphere. Service is good by the staff and there is a good car park.

Just wanted to add to my review that on cqc oster house requires improvement. My review will probably be deleted as management at oster house don't want the truth coming out. The management are terrible as are most of the staff. One of the staff was obsessed with me and wouldn't leave me alone. Her initials are c.s. and I complained several times but complaints are just thrown out straight away. Staff and management call the police over the littlest things like just saying one swear word which wastes police time. They only called the police on me and would let other residents do exactly the same or worse and get away with it. This shows the favouritism that staff and management had towards some of the other residents. Do not go here if you have a disability!
